Each year the City of Wilmington holds a parade and wreath laying ceremony, on the traditional Memorial Day, at the Soldiers & Sailors Monument at Delaware Avenue and Broom Streets. Among the many participants, ICCD takes part by laying a specially made wreath at the site.
