Officers and one-third of the Board members are elected at the April meeting of each year. The outgoing President serves for one year as an ex officio member.
Please be aware that no one may participate in the voting process unless he or she has been a paid-up ICCD member by March 31 of that year--no exceptions!

The Board of Directors meets on the third Tuesday of each month at Catherine Rooney's on Delaware Avenue in Trolley Square, Wilmington, at 7:30 p.m.
This is also known as the "General Meeting," and all members and friends are invited to attend.
